My car broke down on a road trip and I had it towed to Santa Maria Ford. Chris was my service advisor and he was great!! Super helpful and communicative. The team had my car back up and running in no time and took the time to explain what had happened, what they did to fix it, and what to look out for in the future. I actually felt cared for. If I lived closer, I would definitely use Santa Maria Ford as my primary service spot! Really impressed with my experience there.

Only small problem is the paperwork in the end of the day wasn’t handled correctly took a little extra time to get Vehicle released. That being said said I picked it up close to closing time and a lot of staff had gone home. They hustled and got truck repaired quickly and on time for us to get it back to work

Ford Motor Company made it so easy with a mobile mechanic van and the technician was awesome as well very knowledgeable, polite, and on time.

had an excellent experience with the Ford Service Department. They replaced the steering wheel on my truck, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish.

Crowded and confusing where to pull in. There were four vehicles in a line next to cones with express lube printed on them. I pulled up in the opposite lane and was told I was in the wrong spot. I wasn’t getting a line but a recall fixed. There were only 2 staff in the service writing area. Someone made a call for all service writers to report to there area. Staff were friendly when they helped me.

This is the Second ford truck we have purchased for the company and Kurt R the fleet sales manager has once again knocked it out of the park! Simple phone call and documentation ,even delivery out of the area !

First of all, I will say Ford is actually quite wonderful. The vehicle of all models is amazing and I don’t think in my opinion can be beat. I do not think I will or want to drive another brand. Their service is also amazing and their customer care and service is right up there with that! Whether you are in town getting your normal routine service or having car problems out of town makes no difference because you can have the peace of mind that wherever you are you can just pull into afford service department and they will do whatever needs to be done to take care of you and send you on your way, which is what happened in my case.

Great service, Erik worked with me to get my Bronco in as quickly as possible and all was repaired while I waited. Erik is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Both he and Patrick have taken great care of me over the years. Highly recommend Santa Maria Ford for all your service needs!

While traveling they got me in quickly for my 80000 mile service. My service advisor kept me updated. The whole process went smoothly.

I have NEVER had such FABULOUS service from any auto store before. My family and I were taking a road trip last week with our F-150 and towing our trailer from the Gilroy, CA area to Oxnard, CA. After going through the SLO pass my truck was making an unusual noise. When we stopped for fuel in Santa Maria, we found the transmission oil had sprayed everywhere and the dashboard console was going haywire. I called and spoke with Chris Bergstrom in the Service Dept; who was very friendly and helpful over the phone. After driving to the Ford Dealer Chris came out, got the info for my truck and told me my truck was still under warranty! While trying to decide what we were going to do about getting my truck repaired, the GM Mike Thomas came out to see what was going on. My first instinct and thought was he is going to tell me to move our rig from in front of the store. I was COMPLETELY wrong. Mike Thomas had another service man bring a new (9k miles) F150 from the back lot and loaned it to us to take our vacation while they worked on my truck! Mike told us he knows how it is when towing a trailer and having something happen. Erik in the service department filled out a form for us to be loaned a new truck for the duration of our vacation without any questions. We were able to switch the tow hitch and all our stuff into the new truck, and get back on the road within two hours of this happening. We arrived later than planned to our campsite, but we were able to go! We had a great and pretty relaxed trip because of the compassion and kindness of Mike Thomas. I heard from Chris several times about the problems with my truck and how it was going to be fixed and ready for us to pick up on a Sunday. I was able to pay the tiny fee from my warranty deductible over the phone with Chris. When we arrived at the dealer Sunday afternoon I spoke with the Sales Mgr Joaquin who gave me my keys and that was it! We transferred our stuff back into my truck, re-hitched our trailer, parked the loaner truck on the lot and got back home. This trip started out with a serious headache and stress, but wound up being great because of the fabulous employees and all the help that was over and above anything I could have ever thought possible. The service and caring from this dealership only gets better. I received a call from Maria in the billing department this morning saying she overcharged me $10 dollars! I was shocked! I probably wouldn't have noticed the discrepancy, and honestly, after all the Santa Maria Ford dealership did for us, I was not concerned at all. Maria was able to transfer the overcharge of ten dollars to my Ford account for future use. When the time comes for me to replace my 2020 Platinum F-150, I will have NO hesitation on driving the 150 miles to Santa Maria Ford to do business with them. Thanks you Mike Thomas, Chris Bergstrom, Erik, Joaquin and Maria! You all were wonderful!

Coffee and doughnut holes are provided on a daily basis. I waited until Eric told me my recall was completed and he was thoughtful enough to have my truck washed before giving me back my key. Robert was very nice and informative, he provided excellent customer service and explained everything to me in layman terms. Got my truck in the very next day fix two recalls plus a leak I didn't even know about in my water pump replaced it no questions asked took one day cost me nothing
